Louisiana Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled and boned
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 large pkg. tortilla chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. broth
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and chilies in small amount of shortening until onion is tender.
    Add soups to broth; add this mixture to onion mixture.
    Layer cooked chicken, chips and broth mixture in baking dish until all is used.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese is melted.
