Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, sliced
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    3 to 4 sticks celery, cut thin on bias
    1 can beef broth
    2 cans mixed chow mein vegetables
    rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil, remove and cook celery and onions until just tender, remove.
    Return meat back to pot and add beef broth; cook until tender.
    Blend cornstarch, 1/4 cup broth and soy sauce.
    Stir into meat and heat until thick.
    Drop chow mein noodles over plate of rice and add chow mein.
