Orange Cheesecake For Microwave - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. shredded orange peel
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange marmalade
Preparation

For Crust:
Cook butter, uncovered, on High for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted.
Add crushed graham crackers and 1 tablespoon sugar, mixing well.
Press firmly in the bottom of a pie plate.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, giving pie plate a half turn every 30 seconds.
Set aside.
