Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground ham
    1 c. milk
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Form into small loaves or 1 large loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour for small loaves and 1 1/2 to 2 hours for large loaf.
    Various toppings can be spread onto loaves before baking:
    crushed pineapple with a little brown sugar, orange marmalade or nothing.
    Serve the meat loaf with tomato sauce.
    If baking plain, I add a little water to the roasting pan and bake the meat loaf covered.
