Vivian'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
1 stick oleo
1 9-inch deep dish pie shell, baked
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add flour and cocoa and blend until smooth.
Add sugar and water.
Cook until it begins to thicken.
Add egg yolks and cook until stiff enough to put in cooked pie shell.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Beat 3 egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar.
Beat until forms stiff peaks.
Top pie and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
