Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    boiling water
Preparation
    Wash chicken well; dry with paper towels.
    In hot butter in large skillet, saute chicken, skin side down, 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute, covered, 5 minutes. Push chicken to one side; add spinach.
    Sprinkle with salt and basil.
    Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
    Turn chicken right side up. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Blend spinach with onion and butter.
    Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
