Veal Scaloppine Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal, 1/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    juice of one lemon
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flatten veal with meat
    mallet until very thin.
    Butter bottom of shallow baking dish,
    large
    enough to hold the meat in a single layer.
    Place Prosciutto and cheese in layers over meat, sprinkling a little
    lemon
    juice
    over each layer.
    Dot with butter and season
    to
    taste
    with
    pepper
    only.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 6.
