Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (16 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup dairy sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and add frozen strawberries, cranberry sauce and undrained pineapple.
Pour half of mixture in a 9 x 13 glass dish or mold and place in refrigerator until almost firm.
Stir sour cream and spread evenly over almost firm gelatin mixture.
Spoon other 1/2 of gelatin mixture over sour cream and refrigerate until firm.
