Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika
Preparation
    Scald milk with onion over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Yields 4 servings.
