Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. water
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Wipe pieces dry, then saute them until brown in olive oil and margarine.
Salt and pepper while browning.
When well browned, add garlic and onion.
Cook slowly until onion is tender.
Add tomatoes, water and lemon juice.
Cover the skillet and cook slowly for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve with rice.
