Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Simmer potatoes, carrots, celery and water for 20 minutes, then add broccoli and cauliflower.
Cook another 6 minutes.
Melt together Velveeta cheese and chicken soup.
Add to veggies.
Heat; do not boil.
Serves 8.
