Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Slice carrots into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook until tender crisp. Drain and cool.
    Chop peppers and onion, then add to cooled carrots.
    Mix together tomato soup, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and sugar; pour over carrots and set for 48 hours.
    Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
