Big Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomato juice or whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. steak sauce
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together and place over roast that has been placed in a big iron skillet or pan and sprinkled with meat tenderizer.
    Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 3 hours.
    Potatoes, carrots, whole cloves and celery can be cooked in the same pan with beef.
