Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box salt
    2 1/2 oz. black pepper
    2 1/2 oz. red crushed pepper
    2 1/2 oz. chili powder
    2 1/2 oz. garlic powder
    2 1/2 oz. Accent
Preparation
    Rub on turkey the night before.
    Wrap the turkey in foil.
    Use one per turkey.
    Fry turkey in oil that has covered the turkey. Fry turkey 5 1/2 minutes per pound.
    Makes about 1 quart.
