Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped, drained green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Reserve 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts.
Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
Form into a ball and roll in reserved nuts.
Refrigerate several hours.
