Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavor
    1 can (2 c.) coconut
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter 10 minutes with mixer.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, add flour, salt, baking powder and milk.
    Beat 1 minute. Fold in coconut and flavoring.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
