Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. soft breadcrumbs
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together the breadcrumbs, cocoa and chopped nuts; set mixture aside.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, beating well for 1 minute.
    Stir in milk, vanilla, salt and breadcrumb mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 1 3/4-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
