Double Layer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk or half and half
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
cinnamon graham crust
1 c. cold milk or half and half
1 can pumpkin
2 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding/pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, and sugar in large bowl with whisk until smooth.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pumpkin, pudding mixes, and spices.
Beat with whisk until mixed.
Will be thick. Spread over cream cheese.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
