German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium sized potatoes
6 to 8 pieces bacon, dived
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. enriched flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 hard-cooked sliced eggs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Boil potatoes with jackets in boiling salt water until tender. Put in colander to drain and cool.
When cool, peel and slice. Set aside.
Meanwhile, fry bacon in heavy iron skillet.
When the pieces are browned, remove from the skillet and place on paper toweling to drain.
