Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; then add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add carrots.
    Mix.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Add nuts last.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
