Frozen Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cucumbers, sliced with peel on
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine vegetables; sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 3 hours, then drain dry.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and seasoning.
    When sugar is dissolved, pour over drained vegetables.
    Spoon in plastic containers.
