South Of The Border Shrimp Platter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crushed ice
2 lb. fresh or frozen large cooked shrimp
12 oz. jar salsa (1 1/2 c.)
2 (6 oz.) containers frozen guacamole dip, thawed
tortilla chips
Preparation
-
Fill medium bowl half full with crushed ice.
Arrange shrimp on ice.
Place bowl in center of large platter.
Place salsa and guacamole dip in small bowls at each end of platter.
Fill remaining area on platter with tortilla chips.
Makes 16 servings.
