Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 c. grated sharp cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer beef first, potatoes next and onions last.
    Mix soup and water and pour over other ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
    Remove cover.
    Spread cheese on top.
    Return to oven and cook just long enough to melt cheese.
