Aunt Jim'S Skillet Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick (1/4 lb.) oleo
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
dash of salt
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 can water

Preparation

Melt oleo in cast-iron skillet.
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk and blend until smooth.
Pour into melted oleo and don't stir.
Mix pie filling with water and pour onto middle of mixture in the skillet.
Do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
