White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and add seasonings.
    Cook until it thickens.
