Low-Fat Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour or bread flour
    1 tsp. lite salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Egg Beater, beaten (1/4 c.)
    nonfat cooking spray
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water.
    Add flour, lite salt and sugar.
    Mix well.
