Vintage Grandma'S Turkey Stuffing(20 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread, toasted in oven
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery (including leaves)
    1 apple, chopped
    1/2 c. currants or raisins
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    turkey broth *
    1 1/2 tsp. Bells stuffing seasoning mix
Preparation
    Cube toasted bread.
    Add all other ingredients together with toasted bread, except broth.
    Pour hot turkey broth over the dry mix.
    Toss to moisten completely then use to stuff turkey.
