Texas Redanda Longneck(Chili) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 lb. chuck beef, cubed and trimmed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    16 oz. hot water
    5 tsp. chili powder
    2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    dash of salt, pepper and paprika
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    In a heavy pan, heat oil and brown beef cubes evenly. Add all the remaining ingredients. Simmer chili for 1 hour. Add a little flour paste or Masa Harina if chili is too thin.
    Add more chili powder if you like it spicy.
