Corn Fritters(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. corn kernels, drained
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Add milk, eggs and corn; stir until combined.
    Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into 375\u00b0 oil and deep fry, turning once, until golden.
