Taco Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble beef into ovenware dish.
    Cook in microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    Stir after 3 minutes. Set aside.
    Place butter in a 1-quart measuring cup.
    Cook until melted.
    Add onions.
    Cook until onions are transparent.
    Add Tabasco sauce, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and water.
    Stir. Combine eggs and half and half.
    Add this slowly to tomato sauce, stirring constantly.
    Place half of the corn chips in casserole dish.
    Top with half of beef, half of Mozzarella and half of sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
    Cover.
    Cook 1 to 3 minutes.
