Roman Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; sift together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Fold in chopped walnuts and apples.
    Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine brown sugar, oleo, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
