Sausage-Eggs Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    10 slices bread
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk (extra)
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Tear bread into bite size pieces. Layer bread in pan.
    Spread cheese over bread.
    Add cooked, drained sausage.
    Beat eggs, pepper, mustard and milk.
    Pour over mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning, mix milk with mushroom soup.
    Pour over top of mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer, until liquid is absorbed.
