Texas Barbecue Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. thin sliced meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. salt
4 sourdough buns
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add rest of ingredients, except buns, and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Tear up meat and add to sauce. Toast buns, lightly, heap meat and sauce onto buns and enjoy!!!!!
