Dollies' Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries, ground
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 orange rind, ground
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    juice of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 orange
Preparation
    Mix together hot water, lemon Jell-O, juice of lemon and orange.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put ingredients into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.
    (I double the recipe in order to have a thicker gelatin salad.)
    Good with poultry, served with chicken, duck or turkey.
