Cooked Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 or 2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    In double boiler, combine salt, mustard, sugar, pepper and flour.
    Stir in slowly a mixture of egg yolks, butter, milk and vinegar.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Mix with cooked red potatoes and celery.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing.
