Lemon Puff Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding (not instant)
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In saucepan, combine pudding, sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Add 2 egg yolks and blend.
Add remaining 1 3/4 cups of water.
Cook until thick.
Add lemon juice.
Pour half of filling in baked 8-inch pie shell.
Beat egg whites and fold remaining half of filling into the whites while hot.
Chill.
