Pork Roast La Soy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 6 lb.) pork loin roast (rib end)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup or Karo syrup
Preparation
    Dry roast with paper towel.
    Place, fat side up, on roasting rack in roasting pan.
    Roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes per pound or until done.
    Baste with soy sauce after 1 hour and 30 minutes of baking.
    Mix remaining soy sauce with syrup.
    Cover roast with mixture 10 minutes before removing from oven.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Slice.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
