Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can flaked white crab meat
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    5 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms.
    Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.
    Beat eggs with milk and seasonings; pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle crab and mushrooms over pie.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm in the middle.
    Serves 4.
