Pete'S Camp Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried black-eyed peas
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 jars whole mushrooms
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    3 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place in crock-pot on low to medium heat; cook until peas are done.
    Excellent with cornbread or rice.
