Hot Dog Sauce By Ralph - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 lb. hamburg
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped pepper
2 Tbsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
7 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. garlic
7 Tbsp. oregano
4 oz. chili powder
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cloves

Preparation

Cook hamburg, onion and pepper together until very fine.
Add pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, chili powder, cinnamon and cloves.
Combine with hamburg mixture.
Add 3 cups water.
Simmer 3 hours.
