Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium fryer, cut up
    2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Butter pan and sprinkle dry, uncooked rice in bottom of pan. Salt and pepper chicken and place over rice.
    Pour the onion and chicken soup over the chicken and about 1 can of water.
    Place, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about 3 minutes.
    Cover and cook until done and brown, about 1 hour.
