Tuna Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    dash of salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Add salt and pepper; mix. Add flour and blend to make a paste.
    Stir in 1 cup milk and 1 can tuna.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add second cup of milk and second can of tuna.
    Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
    Serve over toasted light bread or garlic bread.
