Skillet Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. crumbled corn bread
1/2 c. (cooked) rice
2 chopped boiled eggs
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Preparation

In a bowl combine first 4 ingredients; set aside - saute celery and onion in butter or margarine till tender. Add the corn bread mixture and seasonings - mix well and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Yields 2 servings. (Can be doubled)
