Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    10 medium onions
    2 to 3 c. chopped celery
    3 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers, onions and celery and place in a crock and cover with boiling water to scald.
    Let stand in water for 4 minutes.
    Drain this water off and pour peppers into a large heavy cooking container.
    Add the remainder of the ingredients.
