Extra Good Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

When scalded milk reaches lukewarm, add yeast, sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Mix.
When bubbly, add salt, eggs, oil and remaining flour.
Knead.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Make into buns on greased cookie sheet.
Let rise and bake 20 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
Makes about 15 buns.
