Dry Jerk Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. ground thyme
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. dried chives or dried green onions
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Store leftovers in tightly sealed glass jar.
    This jerk seasoning mix will retain pungency for about one month.
    Makes 5 tablespoons of seasoning at 19 calories per serving.
