Ingredients

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. (3 to 4) egg whites
2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites.
Add walnuts and apricots; mix well.
Drop by teaspoons onto well-greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, depending on size.
Cool on rack.
Makes about 3 dozen.
