Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    acorn squash
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    paprika
    apples
    4 tsp. chutney
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Peel, quarter, core and boil squash in salted water until tender; drain.
    Season with brown sugar and paprika.
    Bake apple quarters in covered baking dish in a 325\u00b0 oven with two tablespoons of butter or oleo.
    Place 1/4 apples in each 1/4 squash.
    Pour over each 1 teaspoon chutney.
    Heat in 400\u00b0 oven (1 squash and 1 apple = 4 servings).
