Orange Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 1/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and Crisco with sugar, then add eggs and blend. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in tube cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
