Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes(With Curried Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    72 cherry tomatoes
    4 c. cooked white rice
    1/3 c. diced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 Tbsp. ground curry
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
    Using a sharp paring knife, remove a small portion of the stem end of each tomato and scoop out the tomato pulp and seeds.
    Turn upside down onto paper towels to drain.
    Combine the rice, bell pepper, onion, celery, relish, and garlic in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, nutmeg, curry, and cloves.
    Mix to blend. Add mayonnaise mixture to the rice mixture and mix well.
    Taste and add salt and black pepper, if needed.
    Stuff the tomatoes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until time to serve.
